At arc, our unique classes combine holistic practices with sound healing techniques to gently usher you from a mind-centered state into deep body awareness, facilitating somatic healing and resetting your nervous system.

Free Flow

A fully guided class inside the sauna and ice baths focusing on to accelerating recovery, enhancing mobility, and preventing injury.

Combining breathwork, deep stretches, fascial release, strength work, and lymphatic drainage, this class reduces tension, improves posture, and supports optimal performance. Perfect post-training or after a demanding week, it helps reset your body and keep you moving at your best.

Step into a space of lightness designed to feel as though you bathed in sunshine. Through ice baths, breathwork, meditation, and mental rewiring, we boost healthy dopamine release, break old habits, and shift your focus to intrinsic motivation. Unlock new levels of growth and peak experiences.

A fully guided experience through the sauna and ice baths for a chance to slow down, drop in, and be led into states of deep rest, mindful awareness, and connection to self.

This is a quiet, contemplative class where you will be guided through somatic awareness and breathing practices, along with slow, gentle movements meditations intended to ground the body, calm the nervous system, and steady the mind.

Think of this guided class as a powerful inner-body cleaning focused on lymphatic self-massage and detoxification.

We begin with 20 minutes in the lounge to explore the lymphatic system—your body’s natural detox and fluid regulation network—while activating key drainage points through guided touch and tapping. We then move into the sauna for 25 minutes of hands-on self-massage, stimulating flow throughout the body. The session closes with a powerful cold plunge and a return to the sauna to seal in the practice.

Swimwear
You are required to bring your own swimwear.

Towel
Arc provides you with towels; one for the sauna and ice bath experience, and one for showering after.

Flip-flops or Sandals
You are welcome to bring comfortable slip-on shoes for easy movement between areas and to maintain hygiene, though optional.

Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is crucial, especially with the heat of the sauna and the cold of the ice baths. You will be provided with cups in the space, but you are also welcome and encouraged to bring your own reusable water bottle that isn’t composed of glass.

We also recommend bringing or purchasing electrolytes to maintain hydration and mineral balance after sweating.

Mindset
Be open to experiencing the contrasting extremes of heat and cold therapy, embracing the state shifting experience the centre provides. Our aim is for you to feel safe as you explore every facet of yourself, the experience, and the surrounding community.

Expect to leave feeling connected, detoxified, and recharged!

A large, communal sauna experience will involve intense heat to promote detoxification, relaxation, improved circulation, and improved memory. At arc we offer guided sauna sessions, including a variety of wellness practices such as meditation, breathwork, stretching, aromatherapy, somatic therapy, sound therapy, to name a few. We also offer evening sessions to connect, vibe, and party with. We want this to be a space where people feel unity, comfort, and openness.

Since the sauna holds 60 people, expect a communal and social atmosphere where may chat or enjoy quiet reflection, depending on the environment of the center.

Cold exposure therapy in the ice baths, often done after the sauna can be an uncomfortable experience to start, but this is where the growth opportunity lies. We understand the physiological process that occurs with this therapy and will offer guidance and support if you need to flow through the experience and feel amazing on the other side. The transition between hot and cold provides an incredible reset and is amplified in community.

This is where we connect, let go, begin and end. In the center lies a monolithic altar that initiates and completes our journey together, working with traditional elements. It’s is our anchor and safety point where we join and shift states together.

Our lounge offers intentionally curated herbal teas or filtered and structured water to help you stay hydrated and nourished during your visit.

We offer a range of classes, from uplifting and energising sessions to calming and restorative practices, growth mindset workshops, self-guided cycles, and evening "sweat and connect" socials.

There may be additional services or activities available, like meditation, sound healing, or group exercises, depending on the center's offerings.
